
About the Role
Diploma from a high school.
1+ years of relevant experience is required.
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Interpersonal and communication skills that are second to none.
Capability to concentrate for extended periods of time and perform accurately and quickly.
Touch typing proficiency is required.
Requirements
Obtaining invoices, statements, reports, personal information, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and customers.
Scanning through data to find relevant information.
Correcting errors and organizing information in a way that allows for quick and accurate capture.
Making precise spreadsheets.
Entering and updating data in relevant databases
Making certain that data is backed up.
Notifying relevant parties of errors encountered
Keeping hard copies of data organized for easier retrieval.
Occasionally handling additional responsibilities.
