
About the Role
More than 1 year of experience working in a high-end or large-scale restaurant.
Complete product knowledge training and written and spoken exams.
Know how to maintain a solid customer base.
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Available to work in shifts, extended hours, weekends and holidays.
Physically fit, agile and dexterous.
The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Requirements
Perform door-opening tasks such as clearing the table, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and rearranging condiments.
Attend general and pre-shift meetings to update knowledge on special offers and inventory issues, and discuss service and product issues.
Assist managers and hosts with meeting, greeting and seating guests, and providing food and wine menus.
Introduce yourself to customers and inform them of special offers and out-of-stock items before they choose menu items.
Ensure drinks are served promptly and replenished continuously. Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
Track food and drink orders at home (BOH).
Evaluate customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the product and overall experience, and provide feedback to management.
Deliver checks to customers upon request, and greet and thank them sincerely upon departure.
Perform closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming, and prepare laundry for the laundry service to pick up.
