Requirements
Complete all check-in and check-out tasks.
Manage phone and online reservations
Inform customers about payment options and confirm their credit card information.
Registering guests and gathering necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
When guests arrive, greet them and assign them rooms.
Give information about our hotel, including available rooms, rates, and amenities.
Respond to client complaints promptly and professionally.
Work with our housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Confirm group reservations and plan personalized services for VIP clients and event attendees, such as wedding guests.
When appropriate, upsell additional facilities and services.
Keep accurate records of bookings and payments.
