
About the Role
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a similar discipline.
Sales experience.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to quickly establish rapport with both clients and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a range of tasks.
Competence in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Capable of working comfortably in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
Increase sales to existing customers.
Identify and approach potential prospects.
Make presentations to clients about the advantages and applications of goods or services.
Prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates should all be estimated or quoted.
Prepare or supervise the preparation of sales contracts or other contracts.
Consult with clients following the sale or signing of contracts to address issues and give ongoing support.
Examine and adjust information on product advances, rivals, and market circumstances.
Represent businesses that export and import goods and services to and from other countries.
Sales transactions may be conducted using Internet-based electronic commerce.
Other sales reps’ activities may be supervised.
